Join us

The Central Band occasionally has vacancies in instrument sections and is always keen to invite deputies to help out in busy seasons.  Due to the complexities of the repertoire and limited rehearsal time we do expect prospective members to have achieved a minimum playing standard of Grade 8 and above and to have experience in relevant concert band or orchestral playing. The Band operates a one month trial period for prospective members.

Rehearsals

The Central Band rehearse at 7:30pm until 9:30pm on Wednesday evenings at St John's Church in Upper Norwood.
